Our people
Our employees are our most important asset. We are proud to support local jobs, with the majority of our workforce coming from Sligo. Every year we also actively participate in work placements for students from the local schools and colleges.
Health and safety is fundamental to us, and we are committed to providing a safe and attractive environment for our employees. We aim to operate an accident-free workplace, with a safety manual in place and a variety of trainings to ensure the safety of our staff.
Employee development is also key to our business, and we are always looking for ways to upskill our current workforce. This has led to a high level of employee retention.

Active in the medical technology industry, we work together with our customers to help save lives.
In-line with the high levels of innovation seen in the medical device industry, we are constantly upgrading our knowledge and investing in our equipment and people to ensure that we can provide the best products and services to our customers. We are continuously looking at ways to improve the efficiency of our products and assist our customers in optimising their supply chains.
In our manufacturing, where possible, we try to work with locally sourced materials, consumables and sub-contracted services.
Our environment
We are always looking for ways to improve the environmental impact of our business. Some of the recent changes that we have implemented include:
Converted all lighting from fluorescent to LED
​Swapped our diesel forklifts for electric
Installed highly efficient air to water heat pumps to heat and cool our Class 8 Cleanroom
In our Loughill plant, we have installed a bespoke heat recovery system of over air compressors to recycle warm exhaust air on to the main production floor
We have made substantial investments in newer more efficient machine tools and auxiliary equipment
Invested in new efficient CAM system which significantly reduces the machining run time, and energy usage
In our cleanroom fitout, we have installed two new electric type moulding machines, instead of less efficient hydraulic ones
All waste metal is segregated by type and recycled. We aim to have zero metal in groundfill

We actively support the local communities where we work through charitable donations, sponsorship of local teams and via community engagement.
