Our work includes standard, custom designed and prototype extrusion tooling precisely manufactured and finished to the customer’s exact specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, complete heads, tips, dies, breaker places, adaptor, spiders, flanges and replacement parts. Production of these tooling parts utilises various different materials including stainless steel, hardened tool steel, inconel, hastelloy (nickel metal alloyed), aluminium and brass – materials that we are proficient at using and adapting for purpose.
