Our in-house design for manufacturing capabilities achieves optimum design and functionality across a wide range of moulds and tools including high precision parts, injection mould tooling, extrusion tooling and jigs and fixtures.

Tooling solutions
We offer a wide variety of tooling solutions within our state-of-the-art toolroom, equipped with the latest high-end machinery. We can create both prototype and full production complex moulds with high tolerances according to client demands.
Our solutions include Wire & Spark EDM, 3 & 5 Axis-Milling, Universal CNC Turning, Sliding Head Turning and CNC Grinding.
We work with companies of all sizes, at various stages of their product development roadmap. We can also assist with mould maintenance, repair and refurbishments and surface treatment for mould equipment.

We use high powered 3D CAD software to design plastic injection moulds, extrusion tooling, jigs & fixtures and high precision parts.

Machinery Loughill Plant
In-house we have a team of 3 design engineers and 14 fully qualified toolmakers. Our wide range of machines can be used for Metrology, Milling, Turning, EDM and Grinding. Our equipment includes:
- Röders HSM cell – 5 Axis RXP501 and 3 Axis RXP500 (42k RPM) with RCS2 Automation
- Rollomatic NP5 ShapeSmart High Precision Pin and Mandrel Grinder x 1

Cleanroom Machinery Collooney Plant
In our Collooney plant we have a Class 8 cleanroom and a dedicated white room in a controlled environment. Our equipment includes:
- Arburg 275V-250-70: Vertical Moulding Machine (25t)
- Arburg 370A-600-70: Horizontal Moulding Machine (60t)
- Babyplast 6/12v: Vertical Moulding Machine (6t)
- Krauss Maffei KM80-390 C1: Horizontal Moulding Machine (80t)
Metrology capabilities
Customer focus is at the heart of what we do. A high degree of accuracy and precision is paramount for our customers. We have a dedicated onsite metrology space that allows us to carefully measure and test products and produce dimensional reports.
Top of the range equipment is used, including a Zeiss O-Inspect 322 – a tactile coordinate measurement machine, and Keyence im 8000 – an image dimension measurement machine.
