Lawrence Engineering are excited to announce the expansion of our business offering with the purchase of a new dedicated Medical Component Manufacturing plant, complete with a 200m² purpose-built Class 8 Cleanroom.

This latest addition represents a major milestone in our journey, empowering us to deliver comprehensive solutions to our valued clientele, encompassing every aspect from initial mould and tool design through to manufacturing and sub-assembly.

The state-of-the-art cleanroom is equipped with a diverse range of machines to offer injection moulding, micro moulding, insert moulding and over-moulding capabilities. Additionally, we offer component assembly services, ensuring a complete, one-stop solution for our clients.

Beyond the cleanroom itself, our new facility boasts spacious office and meeting room accommodations to support our growing team. We have also invested in 3D printing and metrology capabilities, reinforcing our commitment to technological excellence and precision.

We are diligently working towards obtaining ISO 13485 certification, with our sights set on achieving this milestone by the end of 2023. This certification will further underscore our unwavering commitment to quality and excellence in the medical component manufacturing sector..
