2025 Highlights

2025 Year in Review

As 2025 draws to a close, it is a timely opportunity to reflect on what has been a year of strong growth, significant progress, and important milestones for the business. It has been one of our busiest years to date, and we are already looking ahead to an even stronger 2026.

Awards and Recognition

2025 has been a standout year for awards, with recognition across several national and industry programmes.

At the SFA Awards, we were honoured to receive the Small Firm of the Year 2025 – Manufacturing Award. The SFA play an important role in supporting small businesses across Ireland, and the wider awards programme provided valuable learning opportunities through workshops and masterclasses focused on business growth and leadership.

We were also named Life Sciences Manufacturer of the Year at the Manufacturing Excellence Awards, a notable achievement given the scale and calibre of organisations shortlisted.

The Family Business Awards were particularly meaningful for us as received Small Family Business of the Year – Connacht, followed by the overall Small Family Business of the Year award. As a family-owned business for over 40 years, this recognition reflects the values that have guided the company since its founding and continue to shape it today.

In addition, we were once again shortlisted for Medtech Partner / Supplier of the Year at the Medtech Rising Awards. While we did not take home the award, it was an honour to be recognised alongside leading medical device manufacturers. The accompanying conference provided valuable insights into regulation, sustainability, and digitalisation within the sector.

Industry Events

2025 saw a busy schedule of industry events across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US.

Team Growth

During 2025, we strengthened the team with two key hires. Our first dedicated sales team member joined us at the beginning of the year to support a number of key accounts and to grow our business in Ireland and abroad. In October, we added a second Senior Injection Mould Tooling Designer, an important step as increased demand required additional design capacity.

We also began working with specialist sales partner MSS, supporting our strategy to grow sales outside Ireland.

Digitalisation and RD&I

2025 marked an important phase in our digitalisation journey, with substantial progress made across the business. Our digital dashboards are nearing completion and are scheduled for rollout across our facilities in 2026.

From a research, development and innovation perspective, we established an RD&I Board which has helped embed structured R&D processes within the business and supports long-term innovation planning.

Building Upgrades

We have added a new extension to our Loughil site, adding more meeting space, and upgrading our reception area.

These highlights represent just part of what has been an exceptionally busy and productive year. With strong foundations in place, we look forward to building on this momentum in 2026.

We would like to thank our employees, customers, and industry partners for their continued support throughout the year and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year.
