What we offer
In response to growing customer demands, in 2021, we opened a brand new Medical Component Manufacturing plant which includes a 200m2 purpose built Class 8 Cleanroom.
Exclusively focussed on the medical device industry, it is critical that our team continue to observe the highest quality control standards in our cleanroom, adhering to robust processes that help reduce the possibility of contamination. We can offer:
- Injection moulding, micro-moulding, insert-moulding and over-moulding capabilities.
- Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing.
- ISO 13485 accredited.
- Production of prototypes for clinical trials.
- We have experience working with a wide range of materials and can manage material sourcing.
- Low to high volume moulding.
- Sub-assembly of component parts.
- Product transfer. We can manage the transfer of manufacturing of existing product lines to our cleanroom site seamlessly. This can help to free up internal resources and lower costs for many clients.
- We utilise Kanban continuous delivery to optimise supply chain management processes.
