Role Overview

In line with our company’s expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves working in both our Cleanroom and White room environments at our Collooney, Sligo location.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Manufacturing team to execute tasks in line with the production schedule.
  • Perform a variety of tasks in Cleanroom and White room setting.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to manufacturer a range of medical components and assemblies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and safety standards.
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to work instructions and completing all associated documentation accurately.
  • Operate test equipment for product testing
  • Upkeep of work area in line with relevant procedures.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and master new skills.
  • High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components.
  • Ability to follow proceduralised systems in performing tasks.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
